All returns & exchange must be notified within 5 business days upon receiving the order. Items must be in unopened original packaging. Returns must be unworn, unaltered and unwashed with all tags. Return merchandise must be shipped back at your own cost. We will inspect the return items once we receive them and issue a store credit on your account.
We can only issue store credit for any returns, refund is not available.
All clearance items are final sale, and we are not able to accept returns for them.
We recommend insured carrier to send any returns, because we won’t be responsible for lost returns. You will be responsible for all shipping charges incurred for delivery and exchanges, including rush charges.
For all damaged or missing pieces, we can only issue a store credit on your account. Claims for any damage and missing item must be made within 5 business days upon receipt of merchandise.
